Welcome to The Locker Room

Hi Everybody,

I am proud to be writing the first entry for The Locker Room, the official blog of the GGFA.  We are embracing this contemporary form of communication and have exciting plans to use it to send educational and informational content to you throughout the year.  All blog posts will be quick reads, and all past blog entries are archived by category for easy retrieval.

You can access the GGFA blog at anytime from the GGFA home page at www.ggfa.info and new posts will be linked in the weekly news brief.

Throughout the year, we’ll have industry experts and leaders serve as “guest bloggers” delivering content on the latest industry topics and trends.

Look for a post from our first guest blogger, Rick Caro, tomorrow!  Rick is blogging about “The Recession as a “Free” Consultant.”

As we enter into the GGFA’s second decade, we will continue to bring you new programs, like The Locker Room, to help your business.

I look forward to seeing you all at IHRSA in San Francisco on March 16th!

As GGFA President and a member of the association since its inception, I applaud the GGFA for continuing to find new ways to educate and communicate with all Gold’s Gym franchisees. I encourage all franchisees to read this blog and to participate in the conversation. There is great value in the sharing of information amongst franchisees and the leaders in our industry. This is one of the many benefits of being a GGFA member and a part of the Gold’s Gym family.

  2. Welcome to the blogosphere! I’m adding this to my feed.

    John,
I sent your question to Ginger and she said GGI licensing is the hold up. Besides that, she has no idea. Thanks for reading our blog.
