Are you a Strategist? Cynthia asks…. She says “it’s a question all business leaders must answer because strategy is so bedrock crucial. No matter how hard you and your people work, no matter how wonderful your culture, no matter how good your products, or how noble your motives, if you don’t get strategy right, everything else you do is at risk. She says that your goal is to create a company that truly matters”.
The GGFA is tremendously excited to host Cynthia as our keynote speaker at this year’s signature “lodge meeting” for the owners. You will learn from her, how to develop a sound and logical strategy but that you cannot do this without knowing your true purpose in business. Or does your company matter or does your company NOT matter….. Cynthia also has accomplished case studies of how companies have “won” and “owned” being in the middle of their industry in price but not value and service. Sound familiar? This year is a must attend event if you want to learn on how to differentiate to succeed.
Also, leading up to her message, you will hear the significance of why Mike Epstein’s President’s message early this year resonated with so many of you regarding “owning the middle” in the industry’s pricing market. However, based on your culture as a franchisee, we are NOT in the middle with relationships of our customers and employees. This is going to be a thought provoking and provocative topic.
Registration will be open soon…watch for details on the GGFA App!
