Managing market shares and disruption while executing strategy is a primary concern for owners.  To be successful, you need to be innovative in how you drive change in your company, how you seek out new solutions to solve challenges and a biggie – you must provide the leadership necessary to guide and align your company to make better business decisions.

As we all begin our way to Vegas for the convention later this week, I wanted to invite you to visit the GGFA Business Suite in Room 303.  You will see the familiar FINAL-2-OC-Logo resizedcomponents such as the desktop computers, visiting with other Franchisees, beverages… But, you will also notice a ton about the GGFA Annual Owners’ Conference taking place Sept 30th.  Our theme this year is “The Difference That Matters”.

Cynthia at 300 dpiAt the OC, you will hear GGFA leaders’ views on “value creation” in new ways with your members, employees and all your stakeholders.  Acclaimed author and Harvard Business School Professor, Cynthia Montgomery, will speak on strategy and how you must know your purpose in business in order to have strategy.  As I have told many of you, my favorite quote of hers is purpose is what generates the difference that matters!  You will learn from her how to be your own Strategist-in-Chief and to be the leader your business MUST have to thrive.

So, be sure to stop by to see me in the Business Suite and register for this important event – it will be one you cannot miss.  I look forward to seeing you all and let’s have fun!
